Livelihood
Our livelihoods work is centered on empowering women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) by creating dignified and sustainable income opportunities. Through our skill training programs, women are equipped with locally relevant trade skills that help them earn a steady livelihood and support their families with confidence.
To strengthen this journey, we have formed Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and brought them together into cooperatives, enabling collective strength, access to capital, and long-term financial stability. For women and PWDs, our Manasadhara Centre and garment unit provide safe and inclusive workspaces, where initiatives such as natural colour-making and eco-friendly leaf plate production ensure reliable incomes while respecting individual abilities and dignity.
