Livelihood
Our livelihoods work is centered on empowering women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) by creating dignified and sustainable income opportunities. Through our skill training programs, women are equipped with locally relevant trade skills that help them earn a steady livelihood and support their families with confidence.
Rural youth are facilitated in entrepreneurship training and access to credit to start working or earning.
To strengthen this journey, we have formed Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and brought them together into cooperatives, enabling collective strength, access to capital, and long-term financial stability.
